Site Not Listed in the Instant Publisher
If you reinstall your Web Easy software, sign-up online, or are troubleshooting your upload, you may need to do a Site Recovery.  This is a simple process that will let Instant Publisher know you have an active hosting account. 

Performing a Site Recovery:

1. Open your website in Web Easy
2. From the menu bar, go to Tools -> Publish Assistant...
3. On the cue card, select the "Preferred Web Hosting Service" option.
   Note: If you do not see this cue card, then you may need to enable it by going to Tools  -> Options, check mark "Show Cue Cards". Then go to Tools  -> Publish Assistant.
4. Select "Publish a new website", press Next...
5. Select "Publish a site created with Web Easy software", press Next... 
6. Check-mark your website package, press Next...
7. Select the tab for the hosting package you signed up for, press Next...
   Note: If you choose the wrong package, you will either upgrade or downgrade the plan level for your hosting account.  If you have questions, please contact our billing department.
8. Type in your SAME website password, retype it, press Next...
9. If you have a domain name, such as joespizza.com, .net, .org, etc. (most people do)...
    Select "I would like to transfer an existing domain", click Next...
10. Type in the name of your website, click Next...
    *DO NOT put "www." in front of your website name.
11. You should get the following message:
    
    "Web site name 'http://domain.ieasysite.com' is active. Would you like to recreate this web site? Click 'Yes' to re-open this web site or 'No' to create another web site."
    Select "Yes"
    NOTE: IF YOU SEE A DIFFERENT MESSAGE... DO NOT PROCEED!  Please verify you entered the correct password and website name.  If this is still a problem, please contact our support department.
12. Click Next...
13. Select "Using Current Payment", click Next...
14. Un-check "Upload Files Now", click Finish...
15. Select "I Agree" on the License Agreement... Click Finish...
16. Select "Update an existing web site", press Next...

Your website should now be listed in the drop-down box. Proceed through the rest of the Instant Publisher to upload your website.
